The processing time for shipping varies depending on the product and location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days being shipped.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status and location.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate an online return, submit a return request from your account. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for your purchase, usually within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Returns purchased online can be granted up to 30 days after you place your order. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.
